By sending an SMS or MMS to the respondent with a link to Bravo’s mobile phone survey we are able to gather the survey data using a device that is readily available.
Clients either assist with mobile phone lists or utilise Bravo’s large databases of opt-in mobile phone numbers for more general surveys. Alternatively short codes can be used to ask respondents to participate. Coupons can be sent to their phone for immediate redemption if needed.
