Bravo’s Onsite-Insights™ is a proven methodology for measuring and evaluating brand and customer experience.

Trained researchers are equipped with internet enabled iPhones connected live to a custom built survey application.

During or immediately after a respondent takes part in an experience, we administer a short 90 second survey, this enables us to get real sensory and emotional responses that can also be traced back to a time and an exact location.
